The quantification of amplifiable human DNA is a pivotal stage following DNA extraction and purification. Quantification offers a straightforward method for precisely assessing the amount of human and male DNA. These kits not only provide an estimate of human DNA quantity but also offer insights into the sample’s quality, which is crucial information for informed decision-making regarding any subsequent testing. However, challenges arise from repeated pipetting and the potential for human errors. The automation not only enhances efficiency but also minimizes the risk of human errors, ensuring more reliable and consistent results.
The VERSA Series, a comprehensive laboratory device, facilitates the swift and highly accurate preparation of PCR experiments. It comes equipped with user-friendly software that ensures a seamless and convenient practice. This software offers a guided, step-by-step approach to configuring the worktable and automatically computes all necessary mixtures, eliminating the requirement for manual programming of pipetting steps. Simply choose your desired Assay, specify your target parameters, and initiate the run.
