PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Aurora AutoSPE instrument controls the flow rate of the sample through the column with high precision using a peristaltic pump. Simply add solvents and samples to the reservoir, click the button on the screen, and you can easily complete each extraction step. The rigorously calibrated peristaltic pump provides precise flow rates and pressures, ensuring the reproducibility of SPE and recovery rate through positive pressure elution.
● Use two pumps to control the extraction and liquid transfer separately, preventing cross-contamination of solvents within the flow path.
● The peristaltic pump uses Teflon tubing, suitable for almost all solvents and customized with different materials according to needs.
● Connecting reservoirs above the extraction column allows for the addition of a large volume of liquid samples at once, which reduces the need for repetitive refilling.
● Capable of performing extraction using dual columns or even multiple columns in parallel to handle samples with complex matrices.
● Each pump can be individually calibrated to ensure parallel flow rates between columns.
● Allows for fine-tuning the volume passing through each channel to address imbalances caused by uneven pressure.
