How many samples can you run on bCUBETM?
Two sizes of well plates are available: 16 and 36, so a maximum of 16 or 36 samples can be loaded per run.
Is bCUBETM an open system? Can we run other kits on it rather than bKITTM?
Yes, bCUBETM can run other brands of PCR kits; however, a protocol needs to be developed prior to the best performance.
How do we control/operate bCUBETM, is there a separate platform to use?
The device can be connected to computers or even phones/tablets (which have bAppTM installed) via Ethernet or Wifi. The software bAppTM will be used to operate the device.
Where do we interpret the data?
Users can simply review all data on bAppTM and will be able to export them anytime they want.
How many fluorescent channels does bCUBETM have? What wavelength does it detect?
It has two channels and can detect wavelengths at 524 and 572 nm.
