TRANSFORM 680 and 800 Microwave Digestion Systems are fully computer-controlled. The software is very user-friendly and features direct control and sensing of temperature with real-time graphic display, automatic data storage, unlimited method storage, and a complete record of instrument parameters.
TRANSFORM Microwave Digestion System is a top-loading digester with safety interlocks. It is equipped with continuous temperature monitoring and an automatic pressure release mechanism in the oven cavity to avoid over-pressure. It also has rupture disks and vent detection mechanisms on each vessel which automatically shuts down power in response to over-pressure.
The TRANSFORM series of Microwave digestion systems has full compliance with EPA methods and includes an online EPA protocols and methods directory. It is also highly flexible and open, allowing the programming of individual methods for customizable sample preparation and ensuring suitability in a very wide range of applications.
The TRANSFORM Microwave Digestion System is capable of simultaneously running up to 6 (MW 680) and 10 (MW 800) high-pressure closed vessels, providing a fast and automated method to digest even the most difficult samples. With simple one-step operation and full computer control of temperature and power, this cost-effective microwave digester consolidates your Atomic Absorption (AA), ICP-AES, and CP-MS applications.
